Some things which have interested me in the last week or so:
Rod Schwartz has continued the debate on social enterprise and trade unions. There’s an interesting comment from Liam Black at the bottom.
And the Glencraft factory in Aberdeen is being resurrected. At a cost in subsidies from the combined forces of the Scottish Government and Aberdeen Council of £680,000 or £13,333 per job. I’d be interested to hear what people involved with social firms think about that.
Then there’s the big decision that had so many social entrepreneurs biting their nails all through the Christmas holidays.
